Ideal ATM - Withdraw Payoneer Money

What is the best ATM to withdraw money from Payoneer card ?. I mean which ATM is easy and offer highest exchange rate ?

If you withdraw below 40000 LKR combank is the best as they has the best USD rate at any given day but most of their ATMs are limited to 40000LKR per withdrawal so if you need 40000-80000 LKR, Sampath is the best. If you need more than 80000 HNB is the only option as most of their ATMs allow 200000 LKR per transaction.

As I checked HNB charge Rs. 200/= per transaction. Is Sampath and Commercial Bank charge like that ?.

Also what is the method you follow to withdraw money with minimum bank and Payoneer charges ?.

Only HNB charges extra 200LKR.
