Resuming an app in multi-tasking

When tapping an app from the start screen or app list which is alreading in multi-tasking it should resume not relaunch from the beginning

in my nokia lumia 520 takes more time to resume app like skype than android and iphone... it showing 'Resuming...',Very bad...

සොන්නයා මෙන්න උබේ multitasking බලා ගනින්. app freeze වෙන්නේ නැ. හොදට background එකේ වැඩ. තවත් මෙතන බොරු නොදා ඉදපන් සොන්නයෝ. අනිත් එක මේක දැන ගනින් windows phone කියන්නේ IOS වලවත් Android වලවත් Hybrid edition එකක් නෙමේ. windows phone වලටම uniqe body එකක් තියෙනවා. මේකේ ring tone එක play වෙලා ඊට පස්සේ 3 seconds වගේ tone එක අතර මැද්දේ vibrate වෙනවා. එක උබ වගේ ගෙම්බෝන්ට හරි යන්නේ නැති උනාට, එක use කරපු ගොඩක් එවුන් ඒ විදිහට ආස නිසා තාම එහෙම එකක් හැදුවේ. නැත්තම් android එකේ තියෙන හැම දේම ඒ විදිහටම windows phone එකේ වෙන්න ඕනි නැ. ring වෙන ගමන් මේකෙත් vibrate වෙනවා තමයි එක විදහට. දැන් උබේ android ලබ්බ අරන් පල

In all fairness, most of us know how to 'attach' a single file (pictures excluded to a new email - in effect sending a single document.

The point if this thread is simply that the function to attach one or more files that are located on your phone TO an email doesnt exist. You cannot attach more than one file and Reply All and many people need to do in their social or business life.

8450 votes, 400+ comments on this one forum alone and not a peep from MS to explain why.

Technically - it IS POSSIBLE as you can attach them in a convoluted way.

If it wasn't possible I would expect MS to say so as its a limitation of the current architecture but not a word.

MS have a great OS here in many ways, quite innovative in some but you need to get the basics right - especially when you are pitching this for business.

MS - man up... implement this 'fix' or let your customers know why.

It's actually not a bug, it was a decision to not support animating of GIFs in the 8.1 Photos app.
