Macho in the video i saw you are SEO's different posts by different keywords. i just like to know what is the best method to do it. Isn't it way better to optimize most posts to the main keyword or is it okay just only optimize home page to main keyword and other pages to the relative different keywords. Thanks

Depends on the niche market and competition. Usually we recommend updates every other day for any niche. But if it's a high competitive niche we usually update twice a day for a few weeks

Google "does not" count image metas for SEO at the moment.
But recently they announced that they have the right to calculate PR based on image metas.

This does not mean that Google doesn't count image titles and alt tags. They play a role in on site SEO too. We encourage people to use Titles/Alt Tags/Descriptions and Image headings to get the best out of the page

Yup, Long Tail Pro is a good tool indeed.
They both have pros and cons.
It's up to you.
Ultimately they both do the same thing.
I prefer MS over LTP.
