එහෙනම් මුලින්ම Kaspersky හරි මොකක් හරි හොද anti virus guard එකක් (මේටික තමයි මම නිර්දේශ කරන්න
norton, kaspersky, bitdiffender) දාලා Computer එක Scan කරන්න ඊට පස්සේ
add/remove programs ගිහින් අනවශ්‍යය programs අයින් කරන්න
ඊට පස්සේ windows update කරන්න
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows Update මෙතනට ගිහින්

ඊට පස්සේ task manager එකේ startup bar එකට ගිහින් ඕන නැති ඔක්කොම programs disable කරන්න.
ඊට පස්සේ drivers update කරලා බලන්න.

පළවෙනි එකේදි Intel(R) SpeedStep Technology එක disable කරලා බලන්න මම ඒක Intel forum එකේදි හොයාගත්තේ. මේකේදි කරන්නේ CPU එකේ voltage එකයි clock speed එකයි අවස්ථාව අනුව වෙනස් කරන එක. ඒ වගේම windows update කරලත් බලන්න, ඒ වගේම chipset driver එක intall කරලත් බලන්න.
