I dnt knw machn but look at Tharanga's hundreds in youtube you'll see most of his hundreds were match winning hundreds.you just can't simply rule that out.but anyway I agree that he played poorly but TBH Indians bowled well didn't they?specially Ishant.His line and length was perfect.Yeah true it was a nothing shot at the end but on the same it was good bowling too.pitch didn't do anything its just that their bowlers bowled well and Tharanga didn't play up to his mark.cm'on machn those people are professionals,just because one batsmen got stuck and wasted balls and failed doesn't mean the whole team should fall apart.Yeah it will pressurize other players but they should be up for it.even Sanga got a good ball.it happens bro.everyday is not a Sunday.the bottom line is we are under prepared for this series so we should expect this.

U cn see most of his ndreds were cuple with another one who baterd him out of pressure n he got the hundred under the radar.yeah they r professionals thts. Y i want him to be a professional . U cnt say others r professioal so they need to bat out of their skins to reach it.he was theobe who was playing with Aside n had good enoug practice so its nt acceptable.i dont think indians bowled without our help.we let them bowl well u cn see wht. If anybody had preparation its tharanga n if he knew others nder prepared he should nt hv done that.we were under prepared bt nt that we didnt hv any brains to eealize we need to dictate terms to reach 364.8 runs from 30 balls u then lisse dilshan n u dont know whether to attack o defend u cnt attak coz u lk silly if gets out next over n u cnt go defensive rrr is alrdy 7.5 i never saw us coming back after we lost dilshan when we are so far behind. second point is he has done lot of things to Sri Lanka cricket.and after Sanga,Dili and Mahela he is the only experienced guy in Sri lanka team.true that he has lot of weaknesses.but we should carry forward him by at least correcting those weaknesses to some extent.after the above trio we can't just have a team with complete new guys. after all we are Sri Lankans not Australians where even debutant score hundreds.

I don't think there will be anything in Sri lanka cricket after Sanga,Mahela,Dilshan if we don't have Malinga,Herath,Kulasekara,Mathews and Tharanga.Tharanga is the only experienced proper batsmen who we left.now don't say experience means nothing or some shit like that.its a fact bro.look at how Chandimal plays at such situations.just throws the bat blindly.its just a matter of time for Anderson to get Thirimanne's wicket.So we can't just have a team like them.all of them have weaknesses we should try to correct them and move forward.

I can understand what you are saying.but we all have to accept that there are nt much experienced guys after Dili,Sanga,Maiya trio.So because of that we have to keep out experienced guys in the team.true we can't rely on him much always.he is befa no like sanga.but my opinion is, according to the resources we have and according to the situation SL cricket in, I think we should keep him.may be not always as a opener.but certainly in the team.according to the situation we can swap him.when he is completely out of form we can keep him out of the squad thats another thing.in case of 350+ chase there is Kusal in the other end.guys like Kithruwan,Mathews,Thisara etc are there.but we should have a some one to steady the inning.I mean you can't expect everyone to go bang bang.So I would say after the trio goes, Tharanga and Kusal would be the choice for our opening pairs.One is attacking batsmen and the other one is a accumulator
