Piliyandala land

I am searching for a land in piliyandala area (255 road , 120 road).

I got a one in batakeththara junction 280,000 per perch. 100m to madapatha road. Is that a fair price.

If you know any land around 10 perch, please comment ..

There are have one land in Hadigama at suwarapola.

If you come from piliyandala side in 255 road just turn to left from Suwarapola to Dampe road and go around 100mtrs then turn to new hadigama road and go around 200-300mtrs and you will meet Buddhist statue from that you turn to right side and it's weera uditha mawatha. from statue you have to go around 1 km and ask anyone and they will show you location.

I heard land price is 280/-.

I'm also living same road and after that land.

also any land closer to 255 road? like 400-500 meters....

Machan, ai piliyandalama balanne. Same price ekata kottawen puluwan neada. Kottawata highway access thiyenawane.

My wife is working in piliyandala. kottawa also preferred if that is in 255 road.

check with Ganganie Land Sale..i don't have there contact details...
there are mostly doing land sale around Piliyandala.
if near to suwarapola will be above 300/-

location wise very good for living. i also brought my land from Ganganie. around my house all are outsiders same like me and original village people also very cooperate with us.
