Win 7 USB Drivers Problem - Please help . .

I installed Win 7 into a HP laptop, previously it was Win 8
Now USB ports are not working
Anyone can help to solve this problem ???

Check the device manager.
Under universal serial bus controllers. if there's any problem, it'll be an indicator.

No need drivers for USB.

machan again install its default OS... otherwise ur lap will be cause some problems.. if u want to stay with win 7 check ur devices manager and drivers.if there're isn't any drivers for USB Controllers, u have to download USB drivers from HP website according to Win 7 Os

please mention hp model number of your laptop and maybe windows re installation from the scratch (reformat) might solve your problem..
