SLT (Accesspoint/4G Sim on mobile)

SLT 4GB Sim (4G_LTE HBB Anytime 50GB) used to work on my Mobile (Mobitel Roaming ), now its not working, can they block it
but still it works on my old Xperia 1 II phone
advantage with this is the night time data is free ne (0:00 to 7:00 am not counted) and i used to get 60 Mbps minimum 110Mbps Max
