මේ ගීතය ලියවිලා තියෙන්නෙ පෙම්වතුන් දෙන්නෙක් සියදිවි හානිකරගැනීමේ කතා පුවතක් පාදක කර ගනිමින්..
ආදරය කරල.ආදරය විදල,දෙන්නට දෙන්න තේරුම් අරගෙන .අනාගත ජීවිතය මෙහෙමයි කියල බලාපොරොත්තු පැතුම් පොදි බැදගන්නෙ... පෙම්වතුන් දෙදෙනා ආදරයෙන් දින්න..ඒ කියන්නෙ අවසානයේ දෙදෙනා එක්වීමයි....

පෙරුම් පුරාගෙන ආ සංසාරයේ
පැතුමද සුනු විසුනුව වැටුනේ

පද වලින් කියවෙන්නේ පෙම්වතුන් දෙදෙනා සංසාරයේ පෙරුම් පුරල පෙරුම් පුරල මේ භවයේදී ඔවුන් හමුවෙලා....ඉතින් සබෑ පේම වන්තයන්ගේ දිනුම් කණුව තමා විවාහය...ඉතින් මේ දෙන්න තීරණය කලා විවාහ වෙන්න..නමුත් මේ දෙන්නට ඔවුන්ගේ පාර්ශවයන්ගෙන් ඔවුන්ගේ විවාහයට විරුද්ධ වෙලා ... ඒ කියන්නෙ ඔවුන්ගේ අනාගත පැතුම් සේරම මවුපියන්ගේ විරුද්ධත්වය නිසා සුනු විසුනු වෙලා ගිහින්....

පදවලින් කියන්නෙ අනාගත පැතුම් සේරම මවුපියන්ගේ විරුද්ධත්වය නිසා සුනු විසුනු වෙලා ගිය කල ඔවුන් තීරනය කලා දෙදෙනාම සිය දිවි හානිකරගන්න....මේවගේ අවස්ථාවකදි සැබෑ පේමවන්නයන්ට දැනෙන දුක ඉවසන්න බැරි බව මෙයින් කිය වෙනවා...ඉතින් මේ මේදෙන්නා කොච්චියට පැනලා තියෙන්නෙ මේ ආත්මේ එක්වෙන්න බැරිනම් එකට මියැදෙන්න හරි පුලුවන් නේද කියල...........

ඒ සිදුවීම ආශයෙන් මේ සින්දුව ගොඩනැගිල තියෙන්නෙ..ගීතයේ ඉතිරි පද වලින් කියනිනේ ජීවිතයේ දී මෙසේ තිරණ නොගෙන ජීවත් වෙන්න කියල....

ජීවිතයේ අම සිසිල දැනේ

ජීවිතය මලක් වගේ ලස්සනයි...සුවදයි.. සුවදායකයි...දොලක් වගේ ගලාගෙන යනව... ගල්වල හැපෙනවා..ඒත් නවතින්නෑ..ගල්වල හැපි හැපි ඉදිරියට යන්න ඕනි ...පුශ්ණ වලින් පැන යන්න එපා ඒවාට මුහුණ දීල ඉදිරියට යන්න එයටයි ජීවිතය කියන්නෙ.....

ජීවත් වෙනකොට සතුට සේම දුකත් එක හා සමානව ලැබෙනවා....හිතට දුකක් ආවාම ඕනිම ලොක්කේ උනත් අඩනවා..දුක නිවෙනෙකම් අඩන්න එතොකොට දුකට හේතුව තේරෙම් ගන්න පුලුවන් හිත හදාගන්න පුලුවන්...හිත ගලක් කරගෙන දැනෙ දුක විද ගන්න...ජීවත් වෙන්න පුලුවන් එතකොටයි....

මේ ගීතයේ වටිනාම පද ටික මෙයයි....හිතල බලන්න ඇත්ත නේද?මේකට උපහැරන නෑ මොකද ජීවිතයේ අරුත මෙයයි..........

Dumriya mohothak nathara une part hits the point

two worlds ended there but only affect it had on out side world may have been the short holdup of the train says how trivial and insignificant ones pain to the others..

two lovers here are so mingled in each others lives that even pain one feels is shared so completely by the other..that's the only way for the pain to become happiness. rare and lucky are the ones who can share their live with another that way..

the way I see it, in a way, they have reached a point spiritually in life through that love, so life can either go on or end, but they have ended it at the peak, good for them.

this is not a sad song.
