Food in Nuwara Eliya is crap and shit in any restaurents

I went to Nuwara Eliya food over there is crap and shit. Unsuitable for consumption. Even whites had lose motion. There are not propery checked by Municipal council over there. Food in Colombo in a normal restaurent is 1000 times better than what is in posh restaurents. Milano and Disilwa are rubbish restaurents. Foods are unhigenic over there.They practically do not know how to cook proper food.

It depends on where you get your food, mate. If you go to the common eatery near bus stands etc., yes that happens. But there are cheap but good places hidden elsewhere.

we had it from Ceybank rest machan.....considered one of the best in Nuweraeliya...Still got screwed.....all because the water is contaminated badly,which is used for cooking...

Recently I ate at some small shop, very dirty, but still came home unscathed. Depends on what you're made of too. But yeah water really matters

yeah true.....depends on your luck too....we had 7 adults in our group...and 3 kids....all adults got sick within the first couple of days.....I got it the very next day cos I think its because I was very thirsty and had 2 more glasses of water from the hotel before returning....the others got it after me...I got it the worst...thought I was gonna die that first night...
