Help me buy a phone..

guys i'm looking for a phone for around 40K

what's the best you can recommend for that money?

don't tell me to buy a phone worth 60K cuz i can't spend that much on a phone now..

my priorities are:
screen size (around 5in)
pixel density ( equal or better than apple retina display)
a decent camera
build quality
how it feels in the hand.
Price : Rs. 40000 +-10%

i don't care much about ram or number of processing cores..

i've been using apple iphone 4 for over 3 years now.. time to upgrade. iphone 5s is too small. 6 is too expensive. so i'm going for a decent quality android
