How are they?? Have you used any of them?? Can a beginner use it??
For a Beginner both are good. Once you learn to use the manual settings you can upgrade the gear to a more professional kit. First try get used to the basics in manual modes. Getting used to the automatic settings will not take you anywhere.
I recommend if you can spend another Rs 10,000 go for a Nikon D3300 which is latest in the entry model series.

It will be a waste of money since you can spend a few rupees more for a DSLR. DSLR you have the options for choosing lenses as well. Use the entry level DSLR to learn the Manual modes and once you feel that you need a better kit go for it machan.
