Windows DVD එකෙන් boot කරලා repair > Command prompt යන්න..
CMD එකේ මේ commands දෙන්න..

copy c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe c:\

copy c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe

ඊට පස්සේ Normal boot කරන්න windows වලට.. Lock screen එකේදී, shift key එක press කරන්න එක දිගට.. CMD එකක් එනකන්.. ඒ CMD එකේ මේ commands දෙන්න..

net user SubZer0 newPass

SubZer0 - username
newPass - අලුත් password එක..

ඕක execute කරලා අලුතින් දුන්න Password එක දීලා log වෙන්න..

Ps : The username could not found කියල වැටුනොත්.
CMD > type

cd C:\users

dir

ඔතන වැටෙන username එක දීලා try කරන්න.. (Public නෙවේ..)
