Playstation 4 for just 20,000??? Opinion!

I was searching for used ps4's in ikman
And Came across this ad

Brand New PS4 for 20,000LKR Since its a good deal i tried to contact but the number is in 11 digits
So I emailed,and I got a reply back.Then whatsapp messaged me from a USA number
This is how the conversation went
Me:Brand new ps4 for 20k is unbelievable
Him:We sell so cheap due to our promotion
We just decided to be given it out at cheap rates
Because of the diwali fest (how he know about that? )
Me: Do you have a company or something
Him:yes,We are a company,And we are located in USA.We ship worldwide,but you have to pay for shipping if you only buying a one ps4
Me:How much
Him: Is 10,000,Making a total of 30,000
Me:Are you guys sinhalese?
Him:No
Me:I saw the ad in ikman.lk
A sri lankan site
Him:yeah sure, we just post our ads there to promote our products
Me: Can I see some photos? of the ps4
(those photos he sent are below,although I reversed searched those images and some of them are just picked up from the internet)
Then I asked
Me:How can I be sure this transaction is trusted? That its not a fraud or scam?
Him:Is never a scam bro (bro? really? o.0 )
Me:How can I be sure?
Himlease hold on
AND HE SENT ME THIS!

He told me to put money from moneygram or something
Unbelievable part is
Console is brand new with two controllers full set and 5 games with your preference when you buy!!!!

PS4 For 20k with 10k for shipping total of 30k
In reality it would really cost around more than 80k

Is this legit?
Or is it a Scam?

It would be great if someone who knows about this stuff give an answer to this

For me it seems like a scam

obviously a scam, ikmam has a lot of ads like these.

what ikman should do is make sure they verify the number via sms before you can post ads in the classifieds.

USA has already implemented this option.

They should ask every seller to
verify there accounts by sending
passports and dna reports

Seriously they could've at least make it like 10 digits only when you put a Phone number
