You have the all right to hire what your companies want.But based on the assumption that every male leave the job after probation period and if other cooperation adopt the same trend what will happen to guys.I have seen many companies post the same kind of ads previously posted by others.In company perspective this is right for them but this is something to think of as a cooperation.After sometime guys will be only limited to field work.
