Commission Structure (Unlimited Potential)
We reward closers, not talkers.
Example commission model:

You will:

• Contact decision makers (owners, managers)

• Close deals and bring new clients
• Build long-term business relationships
You can generate leads through:
• Cold outreach
• Referrals

• Your own sales creativity
