1. Disable DHCP on ZTE Router
2. Plug dialog 4G to one of the 4 ports in the ZTE router
3. Plug other PCs in to the other 3 ports of the ZTE router

1. Disable DHCP on SLT ADSL router.
2. If that's the same AdSL router they give for PEO TV, set all 4 network ports to the same VLAN.
3. Enable DHCP on lankabell router.
4. Connect lankabell router to port 1 of SLT ADSL router
5. Connect the other PCs to the other ports of the ADSL router

4. Connect lankabell router to port 1 of SLT ADSL router
