Depends on the router / access point. Don't think it will keep logs of who accessed what and when. But he can check the MAC address of your device and ban it from accessing the network.

It doesn't matter dude. Each and every network interface card(which is the wifi module for your mobile) has a unique MAC address.

Still boss can block the MAC from the AP or router. Easy MAC filtering.
