A gloriously splashy shower that tempts Gene Kelly into breaking into song. An umbrella has never been used so inefficiently.
26. The Perfect Storm (2000)
The crew of the Andrea Gail brace themselves for the worst as the rain starts to come down in a big way. Even with that kind of pessimism in mind however, they aren't even remotely prepared for the ferocity of the storm that follows.
The hero has fallen for a girl who happens to be his boss' mistress. So the bad guy goes on a rampage to teach the good guy some lessons in ethics. Burying him alive while it's raining being one of them. Fortunately, he crawls his way out. Unfortunately, his suffering doesn't end there.
28. Unbreakable (2000)
There's something about a humane superhero who never falls ill and goes around wearing a raincoat-like attire. Appropriately enough, Bruce Willis' character is wading through rain through most part of the film, especially after discovering that he's not really a normal chap.
The network's rain machine malfunctions, causing jets of water to douse Truman wherever he goes. Somebody's going to get fired for that one.
32. Hum Tum (2004)
Rani Mukerji and Saif Ali Khan's tempestuous chemistry in Kunal Kohli's much loved romantic comedy Hum Tum culminates in a heartwarming dream sequence where the couple is seen giving into their feelings for each other for the first time.
