මම දැනට 4+ Years, Mac යූස් කරනවා ඒත් මට දැනට කිසිම සොෆ්ට්වෙයා එකක අඩුවක් තිබිලා නැහැ.

Cons

2. You will be trapped inside a box, you wont know what's going outside the world

3. Hacking / Cracking is not easy. So some useful software , you will have to actually buy.

4. No drivers for some unheard devices (mostly old crappy hardwares)

Probably you haven't used a Mac more often. Agree with some facts but disagree with Pros 4,5 and Cons 2,3.

My previous 15" Macbook pro was a 2012 high end model that didn't come with an SSD. It couldn't handle OS X Mavericks. It got slowed like hell with new OS updates even with 16GB of RAM. And its heavy because it's made with an aluminium uni-body unlike plastic PC laptops.
Currently using a 2015 13" MBP , and it's still heavy although it's smaller. It has SSD so didn't get slow with OS updates though. If you need a lighter Mac it has to be a Macbook Air.

About the cons,

"You will be trapped inside a box," ? Not really. You can do anything , if OS limits you with something youcan install Windows side by side (bootcamp)

You can crack software in Mac. Almost all paid software have cracks for Mac as well. I never paid for a mac software

Apple Lap ගොඩක් වෙලාවට හදන්නේ apple company එකෙන්.ඒකනිසා hardware & software ගොඩක් ලඟින් තමයි වැඩ කරන්නේ සාමාන්‍ය manufacture කරන laptop වලට වඩා . ඒක තමයි ගොඩක් අය කියන්නේ 4GB RAM තිබ්බට 8GB RAM performance තියනවා කියලා. ඒ වගේම HDD වෙනුවට තියෙන්නෙ SSD. Display එකේ resolution වැඩියි වගේම එක පොඩියි.එතකොට ගොඩක් clear.battery ඒකත් පැය 9ක් 10ක් වැඩ full charge වෙන්න යන්නේ අඩු වෙලාවක් .ඒත් ඔය ඔක්කොම තිබ්බත් උන්ගේ apple product name එක යටින් ආවහම ගණන් හෙන වැඩියි .apple වලට ගෙවන ගාන වගේ බාගයක් ගෙවල ඔය performence වලට කිට්ටු laptop එකක් ගන්න පුළුවන් උබ laptop එකකින් කරන වැඩ මත

It depends machan, if you are going to use it for your work (Photography and video editing stuff like that) then you will get amazing performance... but if you are going to get it for day to day stuff like web browsing and gaming ecc.. then you better go with windows machine.
