Dukascopy is true ECN, seems like they are too much regulated, some conditions not even publicly available, i think they discourage small retail traders to trade with them. Do u use them??

I have no clue on Alpari they dont show trading account types etc not even mention about ECN or liquidity. check OcaFx and Tradewisefx they are literally true ECN specially Octafx, a ward wining broker for ECN and allow small retail traders and allow scalping too Tradewise fx referred there liquidity providers too. Classic or regular accounts are anyways dealing desk platforms (even true ECN have both ECN and dealing desk platforms) you have to choose above classic live accounts
