Nothing will happen.Most of the time they hardly even check certificates after you get recruited.Your career will be somewhat ruined by mouth to mouth if you did some very nasty thing like stealing huge some of money from a top level employee and you get blacklisted.Keep your face straight.only if you look so guilty they going to check your history.
