Daraz.lk එකෙන් ඕර්ඩර් කරන්න එපා !!!



I purchased a Item from Daraz.lk on 02/12/2016. Worth of Rs 4550/=
Same day seller contacted me and inform that he don't have the item and he already informed Daraz.lk.

I called Daraz.lk 3 times regarding the request on refund.
05/12/2016 - Called and request complain unit and the person who contacted told me that he added a complain and i will get my refund on 07/12/2016.
So i waited till 08/12/2016 and i did't got any updates.
08/12/2016 - Called twist and both times my call was hung up by both of those operators and one informed me that there was no complain recorded.
Both operators told me the same thing "that i have to wait another three days to get the refund".

The product that i ordered is not even in the site even though Daraz.lk allowed me to order it.
Even after five (5) working days no sign of getting my money back.

in case Daraz bills it you can open a dispute with the bank claiming goods not delivered.
