Its says Less than 1KG drone should be registered by the dealer in Sri Lanka and can Not have any Camera or any type of data collecting device.

Can not operate over anywhere other than your own land or places which they have specially given approval for drones.

Only less than 200g drones can operate without any registration and max height is 150ft. Still can't fly beyond your own land
