It's same as adsense, just a 3rd party ad network
adsense put there ads on youtube videos... Fullscreen put there ads on our videos
adsense count clicks and impression.... Fullscreen do same
adsense don't pay invalid clicks... fullscreen do same
adsense don't care about small channels... same for fullscreen

maybe suitable for creators (that create own videos) not like uploading someone else

they asking for our YT for review to approve to their system. on that case some time we also need to reupload the videos to them.
