Dialog 4G Reset Date change to 11th

From this month my dialog 4G reset date changed to 11th of every month.
but until last month it was 21st

they didn't send any message regarding this, I purchased an extra 5GB few days before, that data also deleted from my account.

Fuck me .. I talked to c.care, no use
