So Dialog loves to brag about "Dialog අනාගතේ අදයි" 
like they’re some futuristic, next-gen company. But with this half-baked Genie app, the only thing from the future is the amount of patience you need to deal with it.
Let’s talk about the basics. You can’t even generate a simple savings account bank statement through the app. And no, they don’t make it easier — instead, they’ve added this useless "Request Service" option where you can beg for a statement, only to wait 3 working days to receive it — and they charge you Rs. 500 per statement, per month. That’s right, not just for statements, but any letter or document you request.
Now here’s my point
:
Why the hell can’t they add a simple button where you select a date range, agree to pay the fee (if they’re so desperate to charge us anyway), and just get the damn statement instantly as a PDF?
Instead, we have to call them, follow up, and listen to the same copy-paste response:
"Sir, it’s still in progress, please wait 3 working days."
Like seriously? What kind of "smart" app needs humans chasing down requests like it’s 2005?
