What happens to the posts that are sent to moderators?

Hi Guys,

I started a new thread a while ago about Annual Leave calculations and when I pressed the Submit button, a message came up saying that it needs to be approved by a moderator.

1. Can I please know where to see the posts that are pending for moderator approval?
2. Do moderators inform us when the post is accepted/rejected?
