Misleading information. People tend to believe you're in SL but you have to mention where you are and who is your ISP.:yes:

Yeah bro.. I've got the internet from COX Internet and I live in Cali. I need some help to make this more speed..

your answer is in your statement. You are sharing this connection with other 175 staff members. What else.

If you can assign priority ( CoS) to your traffic from your gateway or policy router, you would be able to get better speeds.

You must be having this package. It depends on how the provider gives you the internet. Usually Upto 300 Mbps means from your house to their ISP center the connection bandwidth you're going to get. It doesn't mean you'll exactly get 300 Mbps all over the internet. This is an internet selling trick machan.

Machan, when it comes to Networking, I have no idea about those stuff.. Ive just followed what the customer service told me. But I have a feeling that my speed is not enough. if thats 300mbps/ why I'm getting only 50/60mbps ?

Ask the provider about this issue machan. But first connect to your router via LAN cable and shut off all other devices which uses your router.
Check your speed test several times. See if you(laptop/desktop) or the router has any DNS settings configured. (Ex: Google DNS)

Try to stick to basic/default settings your router provider has given. If there is no change then you can esquire from the ISP and i'm sure they will tweak some settings for you.:yes:

PS: Speeds and QoS is directly affected by network cable length, version of network cable (like Cat6, Cat5e) and most of all any electrical wires that near by to your cable.
