who can recommend me a flicker free monitor ?

my eyes are getting screwed up with my laptops bad display. who can recommend me a flicker free monitor that can protect my eyes ? i assume the answer to this question will be helpful for elakiri members with eye problems.

If you already have increased your laptop screen refresh rate to the max supported value, then buy an IPS LED Monitor with high refresh rate (90Hz or above).
