USA would not dare to attack North Korea since China will not be in the side of aggressor. USA does not have the manpower to beat China. North Korea would not attack USA, because China would not be in the side of aggressor. China could invade North Korea if it attacks USA , so as to prevent US invasion of its border territory. Both countries know that their armies cannot fight Chinese. They did see in the war with China in Korean war. Russia will always back China no matter what.
