Nope, thats only transit visa for few days, not for 30 days...

Eg- Indian/Malaysian need to apply for 30 days Visit visa
Sri lankan get that 30 days free visa on arrival

This did because Singapore is very friendly country for sri lanka, and reason is goes to the 70/80s

so many malaysians cross between their borders everyday. malaysians have visa free access to singapore just like sri lankans
