Whe I was studying CA in SL I even had a financial scholarship from well reputed Sri Lankan company. They gave lot of financial assistance because my farther had a low income. I always feel I just destroyed their money.

technical skills තියනවනම් Aus, NZ ගිහින් ගොඩ යන්න පුළුවන්. programming, civil engineering වගේ. නෙත්තම් කට්ට කන්න වෙනවා. ලංකාවේ ඒදන් PR හදාගෙන ගියොත් තමා ගොඩ. ඕනි ජොබ් එකක් කරන්න බලාගෙන යන්න වෙනවා. skills shortage නෙති course එහෙම කරන්න ගිහින් වෙඩක් නේ. PR ගන්න බේ.

I'm also in Aussi... white people are capable of talking, writing, business, management and dealing with customers. If there is any job which required some mathematical and scientific knowledge then there is less number of whites.. this mean's if you are finding a job in management, education, media, admin, sales or law.. sorry.. it's really hard to find. Its not because of your skills or experience.. its because you are not white.. But if you are doing IT, ENG or Medicine then you have a competition with IND n CHN. Some People don't like IND and CHN have language issues.. so you have a chance here.

1. If you are in the second category you will get a chance to find a job... if not please DON'T COME...

2. if you want to live here with sri lankan life style... Please DON'T COME..

Thanks for your comment mate... best example for my second point. Changing life style doesn't make you WHITE... it makes your life easier to live here... There are many in Melbourne like you.. one made a big mess in a flight...

mona pissuda....PR denna ne eke paratama it is with VISA then you have to stay and work there for sometime to get VISA. No one is sure of jobs even people who have degrees from top sri lankan university. THere was one guy from peradeniya who had a first class in chemistry and his wife a doctor they worked for 4 years in supermarket and did not get much.
If our country was good we dont have to work in these places machan..that is the sad part..
