Laymen just fight dividing as baiya and toyya.

they are in talks with the government of Vanatu...to build a base there. they have even agreed to build a new convention center and prime ministers house as a gift. this will mean that they are very close to australian shores.

they are heavily investing in afghanistan and developing roads. they are anyway very friendly with pakistan and have plans to build a large oil pipe from the border for oil.

The Chinese noose is already around Sri Lanka. We won't get out of this unscathed unless we come up with a miraculous way of paying off our debts in a short time. Even then the Hambantota Port and the Galle Face stretch would still belong to China
