so have to earn around 7000$ to save a significant amount.... looking for a country where i can save LKR 3.5-4 lakhs or more per month...

first you got to be realistic. anyway if you are coming here for work then you'll be coming as a resident. well earning 7k p/m for the first job would be bit hard, may be impossible. 5k would be achievable easily.depends on who you are your degree,experience,skills etc etc. but for a start 5k is definitely achievable for a skill job.
