You need to do a skills assessment first. When you have completed your degree or if it is already completed, you need to go through the official website of ACS. They have published a list of occupations that underlines the qualifications you need, to be assessed under a specific job category. There is a list Called ANZSCO, which contains the number of occupations that are assessed by the ACS. You can go through the list and see whether the subjects you have done are matching to any category as described. Please visit the below link.

As your Degree is conducted in accordance with the official curriculum at Curtin University, the likelihood of being assessed is very high.

For example, If you have done Networking and System Engineering subjects as majors, you will be assessed as a Computer Network and Systems Engineer.

    IELTS 7 ganna kramayak kiyapan.......
It depends on your individual performance. What I suggest you is to practice and do past papers and other learning materials which deem to be essential. I know one good place in Sri Lanka, which was well-known, when I was doing IELTS - Academic prior to arriving in Australia back in 2009. May be you have heard of London Business School in Bambalapitiya. There was a lady teacher named " Mrs.Nirosha" and trust me; she was good enough that all our students achieved 7 and above for each in Academic level. It is up to you to have a look.

what about air craft maintenance and over one year experienced in sri lankan air lines
There is a category for Aeronautical Engineering but needs more number of years as your experience is considered as local experience. Normally, they offer points, if the work capacity varies from 3 years to 5 years locally. Apart from that , you need to have a good qualification; a major qualification to claim points. The last option is, a company in Australia related to your field, should sponsor you. It is highly doubtful with less experience and less qualifications. Whatever the visa category you are willing to apply, there is a thing called EOI, which stands for Expression of Interest. From 1st January 2013, whoever needs to arrive in Australia must submit an expression of interest to see whether they are eligible to apply for a specific visa. If that applicant is invited, he or she can lodge an application else it gets refused based on their circumstances. But, before submitting an EOI, it's a must to have an assessment to know whether you have a job category, evidence of English knowledge, Experience. So better to wait and see till you get more accessible paths.
