You're wrong bro.USA doesn't give anything for free. Imaging someday Sri lankans have to pay for their education, health and other whatnot. Then you will see which are the poorest. We as Sri Lankans living in this fucking country as creditors to the world and mercy of their generosity. Americans are paying for everything as we are enjoy those for free. We should be shameful to live.

In USA they offer welfare for all citizens who are jobless
They have public school system , community college..etc
Free health for citizens,..

No bro No... USA doen't give job security for anyone. Not even their own citizens. If you can't work at your maximum capacity and there will be no work for you. But in Sri Lanka if you get a job in government sector, even president cannot remove you from your job no matter how useless your performance are. So think about the two countries. walk in to a government office you will see ton of people are in ques and 45-50 years old lady serving them at her best while 20-25 years old people waiting to get job at lipton circle.
