Ideally yes, you have the right to not conceal your current salary.. but this is SriLanka Some companies even request for pay slips!!

Is this still applicable for reputable companies like (specially) WSO2, 99X, Codegen, Sysco Labs and Calcey ? Do they ask for previous salaries ?

I've already got an offer from a startup, but less than my expectation. But thinking about accepting the offer as this is my first job and to get experience.

I think many of them are looking for Seniors ban. none of them look for Junior frontend devs.
