I don't think that computerized marking system is applicable to A/L students since answers should be marked using carbon pen and its too responsible to their level.

This is Sri Lanka and definitely 2 people are not gonna mark a paper since the lack of resources and sophisticated nature of them. Personally I prefer the thing they are going to do. But it may be again useless if procedure is not followed properly in so called big schools.
