    CICO - Calories In - Calories Out, this method was found in 1970's by a french scientist but it was proven that it directly affect the metabolism of the human body and calories are doing a small part in getting fit and there are whole a lot of things to consider.

    So don't lie about getting fit and everything. Just teach others the true nature of bodybuilding..
