Toshiba laptop satellite C850D

Guys what is the best OS for Toshiba Satellite C850D ?

They recommend Win 8 to install but I've installed win 7 now and there are some issues with graphics. Some videos are lagging and some times there's a huge issue with audio syncing.. I tried to fix it from the player settings but It couldn't help. ​
