It's a good company. They pay overtime if you have to do it for some reason. Salaries are average compared to other so called good IT companies but other benefits usually make up for it. (OPD claim, insurance, gym membership, swimming pool, other sport facilities)

Since you will always be working with foreigners, you need to have good command on english, it doesn't have to be posh english. You'll be working with swedish, polish, canadian, and in rare cases americans.
Culture depends on the team you will be joining, since it's a big company different teams are largely different. Same goes for workload and techi-ness. Generally I'd say it's a friendly culture. If you want to be posh you usually can be posh.
There are large number of somewhat old folks in the company compared to average IT company in LK. IFS is gunning for 60/40 (Male/female) ratio, so there are plenty of girls there.
