    Lease
    there are two types
    1. Finance lease
    2. operation lease.

What normally called lease is finance lease.

vehicle will have a registered owner and absolute owner. Absolute owner is the finance provider.

Once all the installments paid vehicle is passed upon payment of Rs.1 to the registered owner.

If the vehicle is under higher purchase it is same though the law regarding that is different(Consumer Credit Act) Still the ownership will not pass until payment of entire sum
If you get a loan to buy anything the vehicle is yours from the beginning, but you needs to give security for the loan such as your salary diverted to the bank or some other form of security.
This is better but if you compare the interest rates are higher than lease and higher purchase. This is because the risk is more
