i think IIT is better among these.. but it all depends on your skills in the end.. have to be able to face a tech interview well.
there are quite a few iit/sliit grads at wso2 and afaik at mit too.

do what you can afford because iit can be expensive.. study the cs concepts well and do the project on your own (some people get projects done by outsiders by paying money, but it's easy to identify these people at an interview). if you have the skills, you can do well at the interviews, so don't bother about expensive uni courses if you can't afford it.
