I bought a 4Tb Segate HDD from a Jap seller- it was DOA. So guy says return it and he will refund or replace. I said I want replacement.

So I sen it back cost me $19 for return shipping- the guy was good enough to PayPal the shipping cost back to me

Then before he gets the drive back he sends refund anyways cos if not eBay might give him a bad score.

So now he has shipped another new unit- got the tracking number today- even after he refunded it. He asked me to send payment when I receive it.
