PayPal cash withdraw කරන්න බෑ ගිය සතියේ ඉඳලා. මම මෙච්චර කල් visa card එකට withdraw කලේ. Philippine account එක. Commercial Bank.මම දන්න ගොඩක් අයට මේක වෙලා තියනවා. Withdraw කරද්දි bank account details link කරන්න කියනවා. Bank එක phillipine peso use කරන්න ඕනෙ කතාවක් කියනවා. තාම අවුලක් නැතුව PayPal එකෙන් withdraw කරන අය ඉන්නවනම් පොඩ්ඩක් කියන්නකෝ bank එකයි account එක හදල තියන country එකයි මොකක්ද කියලා.

Account එක link කරලා වැඩේ ගොඩ දාගත්ත අය ඉන්නවනම් එත් කියන්න. සල්ලි ටිකක් වැඩිපුර එකතු වෙලා තියන නිසා account එකට කෙල වෙයි කියල මොකුත් කරන්න ගියේ නෑ. අවුරුදු කන්න තිබ්බ සල්ලි ටික බන්......

but for conform card "Check your card statement and find the 4-digit PayPal code for the charge you authorized. Enter the code below. "

But form yesterday (19-04-09) there is no any activity in my bank statement

Let me know if it works.... In my case, I can link different cards. But when I try to withdraw, It directly goes to "Link a bank account".
