Online purchasing restrict karala Central Bank eken?

Some sites I cannot make a purchase with my HNB debit cards or even PayPal- earlier was able to- not anymore.

Today? few days back due to the cyber attacks almost all the banks in Sri Lanka restricted online payments (Last week as I remember) but now everything seems working as usual
