The vacancy is for a data entry position as advertised. You will have to use a custom software designed by us which will crawl online shopping sites in sri lanka (ex: wow.lk, daraz.lk) and present you a list of products. What you have to do is to assign them to the correct category and brand on our database. Moreover, you will have to format the title of the products thus they reflect the product name and code appropriately (We will provide you the guide lines).
As we have already advertised we pay 2 Rupees for each correctly added element to our data base. Where correctly means that the product has to be assigned to the right brand and category and it has to have an appropriately formatted title (We will tell you how to format it). For electronic products and those goods which have different specifications such as computers, smartphones (ram, cpu, hdd) a specification table will need to be added. The specification table is partially built by the software and you will have to correct the errors that might be present. So please take note that at least initially, if you make many mistakes your income will be lower than of an experienced worker.
Currently, an experienced worker earns around 16000 LKR by working 6 hours a day for 21 days a month.
We do not offer a contract as the work is treated as a freelance job, where you will be free to work at any time you want and as long as you want.
