Sri Lanka Economy depend on the China economy but it is not reason for do BULLSHITS. I know few of businessmen pay salary last few months with out business & one is pawned his house to bank.


China Petrol price 1L is Rs.190

They pumped tax money to Sri Lanka & other counties for keep their world power. Now people can realise the value of own agriculture & industries.

Apparel factories have problem because fabric & trims supply has problem.Healthcare consumables also most from China.

they pump their money to other countries to keep yuan depreciated so that people in other countries can afford their products. this is a known fact and theyve been doing this with usd for a long time. if u want to see how a world power coerce other nation to maintain its status look at USA not china. we've been exchanging goods peacefully with china for hundreds of years before protugese and voc came. u know what happened afterwards. chinese have a different culture and different values. tbh i think they should become a world power and provide an alternative to western liberalism. democracy is becoming a new age religion with fanatic worshipers who wont hesitate blasphemers.

China maintains a high degree of control on the currency rates using different mechanisms, involving both the PBOA (People's Bank of China) and their Central bank. For the same Yuan they maintain two different exchange rates, one Onshore and one Offshore. You would have possibly noticed the CNY and CNH.

However they will never lift their financial restrictions they have as they are damn scared of their capital investors moving the money into offshore international markets. But they made some adjustments after the GFC.

I am not so sure about their loans and other infrastructure investments in the other poorer countries though. These could well have ulterior motives and intentions. When their own people do not trust them, how can we.

Afghanistan tests three in first suspected coronavirus outbreak in the country

Afghanistan is testing three people suspected of having coronavirus, the first potential outbreak in the country, its health ministry said Sunday.

The three people live in Herat province and recently returned from Iran , Ministry of Public Health spokesman Wahidullah Mayar said.

They are under surveillance and their blood has been sent to Kabul for testing, Dr. Mohammad Ibrahim Basin of the Herat regional hospital said.

Afghanistan has had no confirmed cases of coronavirus to date.

KUWAIT: The Ministry of Health announced that the preliminary tests conducted for people coming from Mashhad, Iran have resulted in three cases bearing confirmed results of being infected with the emerging coronavirus (COVID19). The Ministry indicated that the first case is for a Kuwaiti citizen who is 53 years old, and the second is for a Saudi citizen who is 61 years old, as the health status of the injured people until now is normal and they did not show any symptoms of the disease, while the third case is a 21 year old, nationality not identified. All three cases are under constant observation by the medical staff.

In its statement, the Ministry confirmed that the Ministry of Health, in coordination with the relevant bodies and authorities in the country, took the necessary precaution, in accordance with the scientific recommendations, conditions and standards approved by the World Health Organization.
