Global economy crisis and අපි

It could happen if everything is normal, but even without corona economy crisis would happen, now it has got fastened.



Yes i have noticed USD against LKR is gone up and other currencies but yesterday onward its going down against other currencies like yen, yuan

උඹ බයියෙක්, ටොයියෙක්, ජෙප්පෙක් උනත්...
නතිනම් හෙළයෙක්, හම්බයෙක්, කුරුසයෙක්, දෙමලෙක් උනත්..

මේ යන විදියට අපි corona වලින් බේරුනත් Global economy එකටම කෙල වෙන නිසා අපි ගොඩක් එවුන්ට කෙල වෙනවා...

දැනටමත් tourism and aviation කෙල වෙලා ඉවරයි...
ඔකෙන්ම වගේ rent a car, pickme uber and etc ඒවා කෙල වෙනවා



ලංකාවේ ගොඩක් exports and service දෙන්නේ Europe and USA වලට. ex:- MAS, Brandix වගේ garments එකට කෙල උනොත් දහස් ගනනකට රස්සා නැති වෙනවා..



IT firms survive ටිකක් වෙයි, දැනට ගෙදර ඉඳන් වැඩ කරලා ගොඩ දැම්මත් Europe and USA ලොකුවට වැටෙනවා කියන්නේ ඒ customer base එක වැටෙනවා. ලොකු තියාගන්න හොඳ නෑ..

ඒක නිසා අපි හැමෝම කල්පනා කරන්න ඕනි survive වෙන්න පුලුවන් විදියවල්. මටනම් දැනෙන විදියට මේ crisis එකේ survive වෙන්නේ Food and Medicine (and hospital services) areas.



තව equipment හදන industries ඔලුව survive වෙයි..



Medicine වගේ ඒවට අපිට enter වෙන්න අමාරුයි..

ඒක නිසා අපි හැමෝටම වගේ enter පුලුවන් food and agriculture field එකට.



ඉක්මනට recover වෙනවනම් ඉතින් stock market invest කරන්න බලන්න පුලුව. ඒත් ලොකුවට වැටෙනව කියන්නේ තේරුමක් නෑ

I think you misread that..
the USD-LKR rate has gone up despite global markets are down and globally the USD has come down against other currencies.
USD-LKR rate went up despite the 500 million dollar loan from china. So something else is at play here..

I checked USD again yuan last couple of days there was no big change
What i felt is rupee is depreciating rapidly.. so no point of savings
